About Alex Rogers

Life is demanding and it can be hard to balance it all. You are pulled in multiple directions, have various expectations placed upon you, and are in need of a peaceful and non-judgmental space to process your emotions. My goal as a therapist is to provide you a compassionate space to be unapologetically yourself to feel your feelings.

You are the expert of your own experiences; I am here to walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey to help you untangle the complicated web of emotions that pop up along the way. I earned my bachelor's degree in Social Work from Southeast Missouri State University and my Master's degree in Social Work from Saint Louis University. I have extensive experience working with adults with disabilities, adults with dementia and college-aged students needing academic accommodations.

In my free time, you can find me reading, sipping a latte at a local coffee shop, and spending time with my family.
