What to expect from therapy
The therapeutic process is designed to increase personal awareness. This initially may be emotionally painful, and cause feelings of anxiety, frustration, or depression, as your concerns are being thoroughly explored and worked towards resolution. This is an expected part of therapy and is not an indication of lack of progress.
It is our sincere belief that therapy can enable clients to improve their relationships with others as well as a relationship with the self. Sandhill Counseling & Consultation is thankful to have the opportunity to work with you and your family members to develop a healthier, more rewarding life.
